At the BCPA we are committed to making our performances accessible to the entire community. Should any of our patrons have special requests for accessibility not addressed below, please contact our Ticket Office at (309) 434-2777. We will do our best to accommodate you.
The following information is pertinent to indoor events presented at the BCPA. For information regarding Patron Assistance at outdoor events presented at Lincoln Park (the BCPA "lawn"), please contact our Ticket Office.
- Wheelchair and companion seating is available for all performances in all price ranges. Call our Ticket Office at (309) 434-2777, or request accessible seating by emailing the BCPA Patron Services Manager, Marisa Robertson, at mrobertson@cityblm.org
- Personal Amplified Listeners (PAL) are available at all performances upon request. The BCPA is equipped with, an infrared, high-clarity audio amplification system for assisted listening. Headsets are available at the coat check area, located on the lower level at coat-check at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Sign Language Interpretation will be provided upon request to BCPA presented performances. The BCPA requires a minimum of three-weeks notice to provide sign language interpreters. Call our Ticket Office at (309) 434-2777 or email BCPA Patron Services Manager, Marisa Robertson, at mrobertson@cityblm.org to make a request.
- Large print playbills will be provided upon request to BCPA presented performances. Braille playbills are also available. Both must be requested from the BCPA Ticket Office at least two-weeks prior to the event.
