About Ticket Ordering 

About Ticket Ordering Ticket purchases can be made either through Ticketmaster.com or the BCPA Box Office directly from 10 a.m. to 4p.m. Monday through Friday or up to two hours prior the day of show.

Available discounts:

  • Seniors (10% Discount): For individuals 65 years and older
  • Friends of the BCPA, City Employees/Volunteers (15% Discount).
  • Military (10% Discount): For current members of the military. Must present Military ID.
  • Teachers (10% Discount): Must present Faculty/Teacher ID.
  • Children under age 18 and college students with current school ID:  Discounted rates apply for some events.  Restrictions apply.  Please inquire through the BCPA Box Office.
  • 4+ Shows discount: (10% Discount) The four events must be purchased concurrently.
  • Groups of 20+ (20% Discount) - Visit our Group Sales page for more information

Only one discount is available per event. Discounts only available through in person purchases at the BCPA Box Office

Small children and infants

  • Ages 2 and under do not need a ticket if they are sitting on a lap, but do require a ticket if they need a seat. Please call the BCPA Box Office for more information regarding family friendly or age appropriate events at 309-434-2777

About Order Fulfillment

  • Ticketmaster.com Ticket Purchases

    o Ticketmaster.com will send a purchase confirmation for all tickets purchased via their distribution channels online.

    o For mobile ticket selection, Ticketmaster offers the option of mobile ticket delivery to a smartphone to be scanned when entering the auditorium.

    o Ticketmaster offers the option of mailing tickets or Will Call pickup for an additional upcharge
  • BCPA Box Office Purchases

    o Tickets purchased via box office phone order, will be available for pick up immediately following purchase or at Will Call window prior to show.

    o Will Call: All ticket orders will be held at the Ticket Office at WILL CALL under your last name. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the published start time of the performance. The ticket purchaser must present a picture ID. Tickets will only be released to the ticket purchaser unless you notify the Ticket Office with different pick-up information.

Ticket Refunds
Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs and artists refunds are issued only in the case of event cancellation, event date, or time change. Refunds due to date change must be transacted no later than 30 days following emailed/phone notification of the rescheduled performance date for Ticketmaster.com distribution channels and the BCPA Box Office. Fees are not refundable. If you have any questions on discount please contact the ticket office at (309) 434-2777.

Alternatively, ticket donations may be made.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets Call the Ticket Office at (309) 434-2777 to arrange for replacement tickets to an event. Reissued tickets will be held for you at Will Call. The ticket purchaser must present a state issued picture ID. Tickets will only be released to the ticket purchaser unless the purchaser notifies the BCPA Box Office with an alternate pick up individual.
