Friends of BCPA 
The Friends of BCPA (FofBCPA) is a 501(c)3 Illinois not-for-profit organized in 2015 to serve as a funding source for the future Arts Education facility known as The Creativity Center as well as the BCPA.

Priorities include: securing the remaining funding to renovate The Creativity Center; establishing an endowment to benefit programming and Angel Tickets at the BCPA; and supporting the BCPA in its effort to remain a local economic engine as well as an important regional performing arts center.

Cultural Commission
The Cultural Commission serves as an advisory body to the Mayor, City Council, City Manager, and other City officials in developing plans for the Cultural District. The Commission recommends programs calculated to enhance the viability of the Cultural District, working in conjunction with appropriate City personnel to elicit public participation and support. The Cultural Commission consists of up to eleven (11) persons appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. Elected officials of the City shall be eligible to serve on the Commission. Terms of members shall be three (3) years in duration on a staggered basis. General public is welcome to attend.
Meets: Third Thursday of the Month at 7:30AM - Creativity Center, 107 East Chestnut Street
